About Maddox + You:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Administrator to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for payment recording and collections, customer credit management, and assisting the Accounting team with various administrative tasks.
More about You:
- Assist with front end customer collections efforts.
- Management of departmental inboxes and responding to customer emails with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support our accounting department by recording payments from multiple platforms.
- Researching and assisting with customer credits and AR related tasks.
- Working alongside and assisting Order Managers with customer status changes and updates, including transactional research.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum High School Degree.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with iOS software systems and Google Suite.
Pay: Starting range with bonus: $45k-$55k. Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.
