Our Nepal entity is a fully registered FDI company and a core part of our global operations. This is not a back-office role, it's the financial foundation on which our Nepal presence stands.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Officer to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one-two years of relevant experience who are eager to grow their skills in finance and accounting. The Junior Finance Officer will assist in daily financial operations, support reporting activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Accurately generate and issue invoices to customers, monitor billing cycles, ensure timely payment collection, and promptly resolve any billing inquiries or discrepancies.

• Reconcile financial records, including bank statements, invoices, and receipts, and assist in preparing monthly reconciliation reports while identifying and addressing discrepancies in financial data.

• Record and process daily financial transactions with precision, preparing receipts, payments, and vouchers as necessary.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, maintaining up-to-date financial records and performing account reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, and contribute to the analysis of financial data for budgeting and forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, while supporting internal and external audit processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and reports, and respond to finance and account-related queries

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with up to one year of relevant experience or as a recent graduate.

• Possess a solid understanding of accounting and reconciliation principles, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and accounting software; familiarity with billing systems is advantageous.

• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new financial tools and practices, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
