The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
This position is responsible for master data set-up (Chart of Accounts, Cost Center, Profit Center and other creation and maintenance). Candidate must demonstrate the ability to understand, assess and handle all relevant master data types, identify process improvements, update reports and follow approved job aids. Strong organizational, document management, and communication skills required.
As a Finance Master Data Analyst (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Developing expertise in finance master data maintenance (includes maintaining business critical data such as Cost Centers, Chart of Accounts, Profit Centers, Global Sales Code, etc.)
Facilitating data maintenance processes in SAP S/4HANA, other Solventum ERPs and systems
Working with business and finance teams to resolve missing or incorrect data issues and supporting accurate request template completion
Monitoring work queues for new requests (i.e., tickets, master data create/extend, cleansing, replacement, etc.)
Completing assigned tasks within Service Level Agreement targets
Driving issue resolution by leveraging relevant support teams to address problems within SLA targets
Providing reports to assigned teams or shared folders to enable end-to-end process visibility
Assisting with updates for training materials, process flows, and procedures
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher an accredited university
2-3 years of work experience in shared service centers, customer service or master data management, supply chain or manufacturing, master data
Business level fluency in English - both spoken and written or as a primary language
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following soft skills are also required:
Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational transactional processes
Collaborative Team player, analytical and proactive
Excellent communication
Ability to learn quickly
Change management skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience using master data tools (SAP, Legacy Systems, Ticketing systems)
Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Work location: Remote from Poland (occasional travel to the Wrocław office will be required for key moments that matter).
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
