Figure is an AI Robotics company autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. We are based in North San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.
We are looking for a Finance Manager. In summary, the role will have responsibilities spread between FP&A and Strategic Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
- Strategic Finance: Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models incorporating extensive data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to understand their data needs and solve capital allocation problems using analytical methods.
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial and data analytics reports to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes through data analytics and automation.
Requirements:
- Education: Agnostic. A track record as a proactive self-learner is more important.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, with a balanced background in FP&A, strategic finance within the manufacturing industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex financial and data concepts clearly.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working in Deeptech e.g. AI.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $200,000 - $260,000 annually.
The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
