About the job

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the nationwide growth of the Swarovski brand through strong financial leadership. Working closely with the Head of Finance and the Malaysia (GBS) team, you will help drive efficient, compliant, and high‑quality financial operations. This role directly contributes to strengthening Japan’s finance capabilities, aligned with local accounting and bookkeeping standards.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and complete end‑to‑end monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Review and validate financial data prepared by Malaysia GBS teams
• Ensure compliance with Japanese accounting standards
• Coordinate with banks and tax consultants as needed
• Provide guidance to GBS teams and handle contingencies
• Support the Head of Finance on daily finance operations

About you

• We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  Must have

• 8+ years of corporate accounting or finance experience (bookkeeping experience)
• Hands‑on closing experience and strong knowledge of Japanese accounting standards
• Business‑level Japanese and English
• SAP Experience
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines

• Nice to have

• Bookkeeping Certification
• Experience working with shared service / offshore teams
• AR / AP / reporting exposure
