The Finance Manager is responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring the completeness of P&L analysis. This role involves supporting audit processes, enhancing reconciliations, and generating adhoc reports while collaborating with other departments.

Requirements
- Fully Qualified Accountant
- ACA qualification.
- Audit experience is a benefit
- 2 years post qualification, industry experience would be beneficial with experience in closing the monthly books, management accounts etc.
- Experience with reconciliation is a must. Able to understand what a good reconciliation is and why it is important.
- Management experience not essential, but experience coaching and mentoring junior staff is beneficial, such as an audit senior position.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
