Global Regions – Finance Manager
Responsibilities
- Drive Europe/Americas finance operating mechanism including month close reviews, forecast reviews, providing commentary for key variances and help with commentary for Earnings prep and other exec review materials
- Partner with Regional President and SBG BAP leads to analyze results and drive analytical insights and solutioning for Europe/Americas (Revenue, orders, BL, pipeline sufficiency etc)
- Support in-depth financial, trending analysis, and variances for the GBE/SBGs metrics. Interpret results and articulate actionable recommendations to meet Global Regions financial goals
- Responsible for driving process improvements, standardization and automation including partnering with tools team to roll out self-serve tools

Identify areas for Standardization, design / strategize a plan and deploy by working with the Regional Presidents, CCOs and BAP teams
- Education and Certifications
- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Master’s Degree in Finance, or Business Administration
Required Experience 10+ years of overall FP&A experience - Critical
- Strategic Partner with Regional Pesidents and BAP teams to drive data governance & self serve tools
- Prior exposure of driving business finance metrics
- Exposure to Tools like Tableau, Hyperion, Power BI etc
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW and Hyperion
- The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent, timely decisions
- Strong cross functional and peer influencing skills.
