This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. As Finance Manager, you will drive financial reporting, cash forecasting, rolling forecasting, internal control and performance analysis. You will be building insights, challenging performance, and driving efficiency, technology adoption, and sound financial decision‑making across a complex global perimeter.

Your unique contribution

This role will have three main areas of responsibility:

Financial Reporting & Insights

  • Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and high‑quality monthly financial reporting, ensuring leadership has complete visibility of business performance.
  • Present financial results, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers to leadership.

Forecasting & Strategic Planning

  • Coordinate the global GTR cash forecasting cycle, monitoring performance across multiple travel retail business units and ensuring alignment with global expectations.
  • Champion cross‑functional collaboration, streamlining cash forecasting processes and driving greater consistency and efficiency across GTR Business Units.
  • Own the rolling forecast process for the business unit, ensuring robust, data‑driven projections that support decision‑making.

Internal Control/Audit

  • Drive GTR internal audit roadmap, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and driving a strong culture of governance.
  • Oversee Internal Control compliance across GTR affiliates, proactively identifying control gaps and supporting the development and implementation of effective remediation plans.

Internally, you’ll work with Finance and non-finance departments across affiliates

Your blend of talent

This position could be right for you if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent (CIMA or equivalent is a plus)
  • Significant experience in Reporting and Cash forecasting
  • Relevant experience in Audit
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to simplify complex data for all audiences
  • Good knowledge and palatability for Excel
