Role OverviewAs a Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support Muvr’s strategic and operational decision-making. You will partner with leadership across Growth, Product, Operations, and Revenue teams to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize profitability.
This role is ideal for someone analytical, strategic, and experienced in high-growth startup finance or marketplace economics.
Key Responsibilities- Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the business
- Develop financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing, and unit economics
- Monitor key performance metrics including revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and profitability
- Partner with department leaders to manage spend, resource allocation, and financial targets
- Prepare financial reporting and insights for executive leadership and investors
- Support month-end close processes and financial controls in collaboration with accounting
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
- Build scalable finance processes and reporting frameworks as Muvr grows
Required
- 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate strategy, or related roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
- Experience in marketplaces, logistics, mobility, or high-growth consumer tech companies
- Familiarity with unit economics, pricing strategy, and marketplace dynamics
- Experience working with investor reporting and strategic finance initiatives
- Passion for building scalable financial infrastructure in startups
- Own financial strategy that directly shapes marketplace growth and profitability
