About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and analytical FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to lead regional financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple countries.
This role is critical in strengthening financial visibility, improving forecast accuracy, and delivering actionable insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with senior leadership, country finance teams, and business stakeholders to translate financial data into clear, decision-ready narratives.
A strong foundation in accounting and prior audit exposure (external or internal) is highly valued, ensuring data integrity, reporting discipline, and strong alignment between financial plans and actual performance.
Key Responsibilities (FP&A Manager)Lead regional FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning across multiple countries
Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, providing clear variance analysis and insights to leadership
Partner closely with business units and country finance teams to support performance management, cost optimization, and growth initiatives
Develop and maintain FP&A dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making
Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, financial reporting processes, and data quality across regional entities
Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling, and business case evaluations to support strategic initiatives
Ensure alignment between financial plans, management reporting, and statutory results in accordance with corporate standards and accounting principles
Work closely with accounting and finance operations teams to ensure consistency between forecasts, budgets, and actual results
Provide leadership with insights on key trends, risks, and opportunities impacting regional performance
Support ad hoc strategic projects, including market expansion analysis, investment evaluation, and due diligence
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, performance analysis, or management reporting
Prior background in audit (external or internal) is a strong advantage
Proven experience managing regional or multi-country FP&A responsibilities
Strong understanding of IFRS / GAAP and how financial reporting connects to planning and forecasting
Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
High proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and functions
Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
