In this Finance Manager role you will partner 3 key business units, and also lead the enterprise productivity agenda across corporate and the four core businesses.
You will be the primary business partner for Onboarding Finance (OBF), a business unit which internally funds a portion of novated leases originated by Group Remuneration Services (GRS) through a warehouse facility and periodic term-outs. In so doing you will lead forward-looking analysis on portfolio yields, funding costs and margins, and scenario modelling for volumes from GRS to support pricing, funding and capacity decisions. In addition, you will partner with two corporate functions, People, Property & Culture (PPC) and Group Information Technology, driving enhanced monthly cost reporting and driver-based forecasting.
As Enterprise Productivity Lead, you will establish a single, consistent productivity framework, metrics and cadence across all BUs, identifying capacity, cost-to-serve improvements, and ensuring results are embedded in plans and performance reviews.
Key responsibilities will be in 5 key areas as below:
- Business Partnering Onboarding Finance - Portfolio economics and yields; scenario modelling; planning & forecasting; Board deep dives
- Business Partnering Corporate Functions - Month cost reporting; budgeting & forecasting; cost allocation design
- Enterprise productivity - measures & dashboards; insights; communication
- Reporting & Performance - preparing monthly reporting, developing robust financial models and supporting Board materials and reporting requests
- People Management - Coach and develop direct reports, and develop a collaborative, high performance culture
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
- Deep financial services and funding acumen with strong modelling skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- 8 plus years in financial planning and analysis, ideally with securitisation funding exposure
- Proven experience partnering with corporate functions on cost reporting, budgeting and driver-based allocations to LOBs.
- Exposure to portfolio/asset finance, interest-rate modelling and pricing preferred.
