We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Lausanne, Switzerland. This role offers a dynamic mix of controlling and accounting responsibilities.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Develop and drive necessary financial policies & procedures, and internal controls
- Oversee internal controls to ensure appropriate compliance with Group policies and procedures
- Prepare including the review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
- Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audit, ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with with CO / GAAP
- Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis
- Implement systems to improve controls and efficiency
- Timely establish and submit tax returns
- Provide business partnering support to local and international markets
Requirements
- Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling
- Proven experience as Accounting and Finance Manager
- Experience in controlling is a strong asset
- Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus
