Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing and overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial information, including budgeting, forecasting, preparing financial reports, day-to-day accounting tasks, financial analysis, assisting internal and external audit requests, preparing and filing federal and local taxes and providing strategies to guide business decisions. All these functions according to Nu Skin policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Accounting and financial principles.

• Monitor and approve daily operations of all accounting functions including commission and vendor payments.

• Knowledge of local and federal taxes.

• Develop and operate budget, forecast according to financial policies.

• Work with internal and external auditors preparing their requests.

• Prepare the Reporting Package and explain variances versus budget and forecast.

• Monitor all Balance Sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory and product importations

• Prepare and monitor cash flow

• Monitor Sales versus cash collected Monitor intercompany transactions and foreign exchange control matters.

• Experience in SAP or other ERP.

• Good computer skills including Excel spreadsheets, internet and word processing

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Ability to operate computer keyboard, phone, and ten-key

• Good understanding of bank transaction procedures

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

• Ability to work well under time guidelines and pressure

• Ability to comply with all Nu Skin policies and procedures

• Honest and trustworthy in the highest fiduciary sense

• English preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.

• 5-8 years of experience; 2-5 years of management experience.
