Finance Manager

What does a Finance Manager do at Fiserv?

In this position, you will create and manage Power BI dashboards by leveraging raw data from multiple financial systems and databases, transforming this information into actionable insights for the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial reports. We are looking for an innovative thinker who can approach challenges with creativity to drive our success!

What you will do:

• Own month-end deliverables including actively supporting the financial close and analysis of results. Prepare standard and ad hoc analysis.
• Engage in business partnership to develop and drive in-depth financial analysis, identifying key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks and opportunities.
• Enhance monthly reporting/dashboards and other in-depth financial analysis to assist executive management in making operational decision-making.
• Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of existing financial reporting and forecast models; provide recommendations and implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and level of detail.

What you will need to have:

• 6+ years in financial analysis and reporting experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or an equivalent combination of military, education and work experience

What would be great to have:

• Experience with Power BI highly preferred
• Understanding of essential accounting principles
• Proficiency with Tableau, SAP, and Oracle
• MBA Degree

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
