Sentara Careplex is looking for a Manager Finance to join the team. This position would be located onsite at Sentara Careplex.
The Manager of Finance position is responsible for the oversight, leadership and technical direction of system-level financial analysis. Facilitates answers to complex problems of a diverse scope where in-depth analysis and evaluation is required. Project management is broad in scope and involves multiple functional areas spanning all hospitals, divisions and service lines. Responsible for various operational and financial reporting areas across Sentara Healthcare. Provides oversight for the budget preparation and analysis for shared service functions and collaborates on system-wide budget analysis and presentations. Position will interface with various levels of management.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• CPA or Master's Level degree preferred
• Required: 5 years of healthcare finance experience
