Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

  • Develop unit economic forecasting and planning which will include resource and capacity planning, build vs buy resource decisions, margin analysis by delivery approach, product suite and integration with accounting and operating tools for ongoing variance analysis.
  • Improve the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts with an emphasis on the service business lines.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement and business impacts.

Data Management & Systems:

  • Manage financial planning tool Mosaic, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all forecasts, plans and scenarios.
  • Build user friendly, repeatable reporting that can be exported to excel from current forecasting platform
  • Continuously seek to improve financial systems, processes, and data management practices.

Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate with various operational departments to understand their reporting needs, provide financial insight and any additional support to drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting for month end close and compliance reporting for banking arrangements.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at improving financial processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst or Finance Manager with a focus on modeling, scenario planning, operational analysis, resource management, and metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and cloud based analytical software (Looker, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting leveraging cloud-based forecasting tool.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
