About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Finance Manager to join our growing finance function. As one of the leaders in the high-impact GTM finance team, applicants should be self-driven, capable of taking full responsibility for their work, and motivated by the opportunity to drive results-oriented outcomes. Applicants must have strong technical financial modeling abilities, with a proven record of developing and maintaining complex financial models that support strategic decision making and analysis. Applicants also must have exceptional collaboration and communication skills, and a proven record of owning cross-functional projects end-to-end. In this role, applicants will act as the key financial liaison to multiple business functions, lead and manage projects from inception through execution, and assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple business segments. Applicants should be excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth and results-oriented environment where an ownership mentality is encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead long-range, annual, and live forecast planning processes for multiple business segments across the company
- Be a strategic business partner to sales and growth teams to support and lead on projects related to strategic analysis, goal setting, and more
- Work with business partners to define key metrics and develop reporting dashboards
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key financial trends and performance metrics
- Develop analysis across segments to understand trends and identify areas of opportunity and risk
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of relevant work experience - investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth start-up, or public tech company, including management experience
- Strong financial modeling technical abilities; exceptional analytical skills & business acumen; high capacity to synthesize data & insights
- Strong passion and adaptability to learn different parts of the business (even those not in the job description)
- A proven ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, initiative, ownership and drive

Pay Transparency Statement
At Planful our top priority is to support our employees and ensure each individual has access to equal growth opportunities. Pay decisions take into consideration the individual's skillset, experience, knowledge, qualifications for the role, and specific work location.
