Job Description:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support our EMEA and MEIAT regions. This role will be based out of Madrid, Spain.
Responsibilities will be the following:
Sales Finance:
- Conduct deal and budget reviews, along with profit margin modeling; develop an in-depth understanding of each deal.
- Provide support for global FP&A activities within the region.
- Assist sales and operations teams with customer-facing activities as needed.
Accounting:
- Manage the third-party accounting firm, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
- Assist the global accounting team with IFRS to US GAAP reconciliations.
- Collaborate with global accounting, tax, treasury, and finance functions.
Treasury:
- Provide local support for the global treasury function.
- Coordinate with Sales to manage credit support activities, including handling letters of credit, insurance policies, and surety bonds, enabling Nextracker’s sales in Europe.
- Assist the global treasury team in establishing strong banking relationships across the EMEA and MEIAT (Middle East, India, Africa, and Turkey) regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting, Finance or a related field
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Over 15 years of experience in Sales Finance, Accounting, and FP&A
- Proficient knowledge and experience in Treasury functions
- Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English
