Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the management of multiple Global Capability Centers' (GCC) financials, as well as day-to-day financial operations of the Global GCC P&L. This individual will be involved in various operational and strategic initiatives across the organization. 

Responsibilities

· Day-to-day management of GCC Global P&L including month-end close and budgeting/forecasting, requiring close collaboration and partnership with management and operations leads

· Assist in management of overhead costs and make suggestions on adjustments that could produce financial and operational benefits

· Responsible for establishing billing and accrual processes for US and Global markets

· Finance point of contact and partner for multiple GCC locations, requiring frequent analysis

· Active participant in operational and strategic initiatives including process creation and implementation, as well as ongoing monitoring and analysis

· Assist in the preparation of management presentations

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, V-Lookups, etc.

· Able to create useful analysis from scratch with exceptional attention to details

· Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work proactively and independently with finance teams globally

· Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on operations and process improvement

· Working knowledge of US GAAP is required

· IPG Mediabrands does not require candidates to have college degrees

Desired Skills & Experience

· Media or Advertising experience preferred

· At least 5 years of related experience preferred

· SAP & Hyperion experience a plus

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
