Wisepath Group is part of RAVLCO/Legend Media, a growing organization operating across multiple business entities. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the financial health and continued growth of the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, reconciliations, and financial controls. This position will also monitor profitability, support financial planning, and help the organization establish and maintain the credit and financing resources needed for growth.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, 100% remote position. U.S.-based candidates are preferred, and the selected candidate must be available to work during Eastern Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor profit-and-loss performance, margins, and cost drivers across multiple business entities.

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions to protect and improve profitability.

  • Manage the organization’s overall cash position, including cash-flow monitoring, treasury activities, and liquidity planning.

  • Support the establishment and management of business credit, lines of credit, loans, and banking relationships.

  • Represent the organization in appropriate discussions with banks, lenders, and other financial partners.

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general-ledger entries, and account reconciliations.

  • Manage monthly and year-end closing activities across multiple entities.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for the CFO and executive leadership.

  • Reconcile commissions, chargebacks, billing, and revenue data between CRM or billing platforms and the general ledger.

  • Support annual budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and financial-planning processes.

  • Coordinate tax filings, audits, and related requests with external CPA and compliance partners.

  • Maintain financial controls, procedures, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and audit-ready records.

  • Monitor accounts-receivable aging and assist with partner billing and payout reconciliations.

  • Perform other related duties as organizational needs evolve.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • At least five years of progressive accounting or finance experience.

  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.

  • Experience analyzing profitability, margins, expenses, and other business-performance drivers.

  • Experience managing cash flow, treasury activities, and short- and long-term liquidity needs.

  • Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable platforms.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet skills, including experience working with large data sets.

  • Experience reconciling financial information between accounting, CRM, billing, commission, or reporting systems.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to protect confidential and sensitive financial information.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or CMA designation.

  • Experience working in a multi-entity organization, agency, media company, or similarly fast-paced environment.

  • Experience securing or managing business financing, including lines of credit or commercial loans.

  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.

  • Experience coordinating financial audits, tax filings, or regulatory requests with external professionals.

Remote Work Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment.

  • Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $90,000–$120,000 annually, depending on the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant expertise.

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
