Principal Accountabilities:
- Oversee the preparation of reports for regulatory authorities and various government agencies (tax returns, regulatory accounting reports, transfer pricing reports, among others)
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports in accordance with financial regulations. Responsible for reporting financial statements to government authorities.
- Oversee APMTC’s compliance with tax and regulatory obligations. Responsible for financial audits, tax audits, and audits by government entities.
- Coordinate with banks to ensure adequate support for Treasury Department processes.
- Identify and implement projects to improve accounting, treasury, and billing processes
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Legal knowledge, collections, internal audit, treasury, corporate affairs, corporate finance, accounting, taxation, cost accounting, processes.
- 5 years of experience as Finance Manager, Administration and Finance Manager , Chief Financial Officer or similar positions.
- Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset, Lean is a differential
- Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Knowledge of legal matters, collections, internal audit, treasury, corporate affairs, corporate finance, accounting, taxation, cost accounting, and processes
- Five years of experience as a Finance Manager, Administration and Finance Manager, Chief Financial Officer, or in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset
- Lean experience or knowledge
