What will your responsibilities be?
Prepare annual Profit Plan and monthly Outlooks
Analyze Month-End results, explain variations vs Plan and Outlook in Material Margin, conversion cost, Inventories, Capital Expenditures, Cash Flow
Support the CI initiatives with financial calculation and validation of achievements
Support the business to meet profit plan and business case financial commitments
Analyze financial data and highlight escalate potential financial issues
Coordinate Balance Sheet Audits, Internal Controls, BOS and SOX Compliance in the designated plant
Support rollout of new processes and systems into their area of responsibility
Support new programs, cooperate with commercial units, coordinate quoting process
Analyze program profitability against business case and
Prepare Capital investment requests and validate paybacks
Prepare ad-hoc calculations, analysis and financial simulation models based on the requirements of the management
Track and coordinate statistical reporting of various measures across all departments
Cooperate with Country Finance Service Center on Statutory submission and reporting
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
University degree in Economics; field focus on controlling / accounting or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of Accounting and Financial reporting regulations, experience with SOX is and advantage
Strong analytical skills and capacity of deep-dive data analysis uncovering business principles and main drivers behind the financial results
Ability to self-motivate, be investigative, self-driven. Good organizational skills
Very good knowledge of financial KPIs
Knowledge of production costing methodology, experience in program profitability analysis
Previous experience in Manufacturing Industry on controller position, Automotive experience is an advantage
High-level efficiency and skills in MS Excel, knowledge of MS Access is an advantage
Knowledge of general SAP functionalities in the FI/CO modules
Knowledge of Hyperion is an advantage
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment on multiple assignments, ability to prioritize and readapt on daily basis
Enjoying teamwork and collaboration with a partners from various backgrounds, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, able to establish understanding and drive results through teams
Excellent communication skills with Fluency in English (Written/Spoken)
