Finance Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of our financial operations and guide our growing team in the exciting world of iGaming. In this high-impact role, you will oversee daily operations, champion tech-forward automation and AI initiatives, and partner with senior executives to drive long-term financial success. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Supervises the daily operations of Marketing & Opex areas within the finance department.

• Taking ownership of the review procedures, ensuring that these are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.

• Assists in developing and implementing new accounting techniques and systems or in modifying existing methods and procedures.

• Being a key contributor in determining AI Possibilities, maintaining control over efficiency and automation type of projects across the Team.

• Making sure that within the Team there is a proper administration of the ERP and any other tools being used.

• Assisting in the planning and organization of long-term financial goals, ensuring that these are followed and monitored on a regular basis.

• Set targets, coach, motivate and supervise all accounting and finance personnel to improve the team’s personal development.

• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This includes but is not limited to; financial statements, quarterly reports and annual reports.

• Assist the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Directors in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

• Oversee all audit and internal control operations of the group, and ensuring adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

• Assisting with Adhoc reporting or any other task that may be delegated by superiors.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Demonstrating leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and positively influence team members.

• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, work effectively under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality results within strict deadlines.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

• Qualified Accountant (Master in Accountancy or ACCA-qualified)

• 3+ years of experience in Senior Accounting.

• Previous experience with a similar finance leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of IFRSs, reporting

• Problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience within the Gaming Industry would be considered an asset.
