What You’ll Do
- Present and structure financing options that align customer needs with dealership profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and local lending partners
- Maximize finance income through compliant product offerings (VSC, GAP,insurance, etc.)
- Ensure accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and federalregulations
- Partner closely with Sales to deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience
- Contribute directly to dealership performance, CSI, and long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive finance
- Deep understanding of automotive lending, credit profiles, and finance products
- Strong deal-closing ability with ethical, customer-first communication
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
- A professional who wants to build something long-term, not just chase the next desk
