SUMMARY
Finance Manager is accountable for financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, process development and internal control adherence for a large CBG. The candidate should have a track record of effective collaboration and exemplary interpersonal skills while embodying a roll-up the sleeves attitude to attain common goals and objectives.
As a versatile team member, you have the ability to strategically manage competing priorities while interacting and influencing both business leads and customers with financial insights that drive bottom line results or improve customer satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL REPORTING & COMPLIANCE:
- Manage the monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting process
- Preparation and compilation of financial reporting packages- internal & to client
- Responsible for the accuracy of the financial information
- Develop reports to provide accurate and high quality financial insights
- Collaborate with the client finance counterparts on month end close activities
- Preparation of all reporting deadline calendars
- Ensure accounting operations are Audit compliant/SOX
- Support during client monthly financial review meetings
PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
- Manage annual planning and analysis cycles
- Directing and managing FP&A activities
- Conducts in-depth financial analysis and makes recommendations
- Responds to internal and external client requests for ad hoc analysis
- Conducts in-depth financial analysis and makes recommendations to Senior Finance and Operations Management
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION:
- Lead a review of existing finance and accounting processes to identify opportunities for streamlining or improving effectiveness of Client Reporting
- Implements changes to improve use and efficiency of accounting processes and procedures
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- University degree in Finance, accounting or business
- Minimum of 7 – 10 yrs. Progressive financial management experience
- Systems savvy: Advance user of Excel, experience managing large volumes of data
- Fully developed leadership skills to manage a team of individual contributors
- A strong communicator well known for clarity in communicating complicated concepts and information
- Willingness to roll up the sleeves and work on the front line
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts with key concerned parties
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation
- CPA, CMA, CGA, CA designation is required
This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $84,493 - $105,616 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.

- Minimum 7-10 years progressive financial management experience
- CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA professional designation
- Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large volumes of data
- Experience managing monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting and month-end close
- Experience directing FP&A activities and annual planning cycles
- Knowledge of SOX, audit compliance, and preparing audit-ready financials
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage individual contributors
