Finance Manager / Accountant(Ukraine)

Intelic is a Dutch company building software that is already running on Ukrainian drones. Headquartered in Amsterdam, with a small office in Kyiv, we are a fast-growing team of engineers and domain experts developing Nexus — an intelligence platform that makes complex things simple: so an operator can control a drone not from 300 buttons, but through an intuitive interface, from a safe distance.

As we grow, we need a strong financial foundation to match our operational pace. This role is the cornerstone of our finance function — someone who can take ownership of financial reporting, planning, and treasury operations, and grow with us as we scale. You won’t be just an executor; you’ll be the person who brings structure, insight, and strategic clarity to how Intelic manages its finances.

• You've established clean, reliable financial reporting — P&L, management accounts, and statutory reports are accurate and delivered on time

• You've built a solid budget and financial planning process that gives leadership real visibility into where we're headed

• You've taken ownership of treasury operations — payments, banking relationships, and cash flow are under control and well-managed

• You've identified opportunities to improve processes and taken initiative to implement them

This role covers three core pillars of the finance function:

Reporting

• Prepare and own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Produce accurate P&L statements and management accounts

• Contribute to group-level consolidated reporting in coordination with the Dutch entity

• Ensure compliance with statutory and administrative reporting requirements

Financial Planning

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation

• Provide leadership with financial insight to support decision-making

• Track actuals against budgets and flag variances proactively

Treasury

• Manage payments, banking relationships, and day-to-day treasury operations

• Manage cross-border payment flows and intercompany transactions between the Ukrainian and Dutch entities

• Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity is well-managed

• Serve as the key point of contact with banks and financial institutions
  

• You have a solid background in accounting, with hands-on experience across reporting, planning, and treasury — you understand all three pillars, not just one

• You’re an accountant with ambition — you’re looking to grow into a broader finance leadership role as the company scales

• You have a track record of working with stable, established companies where you built rigorous financial processes

• You bring strategic thinking alongside operational precision — you can execute and advise

• You are comfortable in a fast-growing, international environment where things move quickly and ownership matters

• You are fluent in Ukrainian; English at B1 level or above is required
