- Superviser la comptabilité générale, clients, fournisseurs et la reconnaissance du chiffre d’affaires
- Préparer les écritures mensuelles complexes et garantir la fiabilité des états financiers
- Piloter les clôtures mensuelles et le reporting Groupe (IFRS, headcount, commandes, mix produits…)
- Réconcilier les marges entre SAP et les analyses de profitabilité (COPA)
- Préparer les ajustements IFRS et les reportings consolidés
- Superviser l’établissement des comptes statutaires
- Être l’interlocuteur clé des auditeurs externes
- Piloter les obligations fiscales et déclarations (TVA, impôts, reporting réglementaire)
- Améliorer en continu les processus et contrôles financiers
- Contribuer à l’élaboration des budgets et forecasts
- Analyser les écarts et fournir des analyses financières à valeur ajoutée
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles
- Manager et développer les équipes finance locales (France, Italie, Espagne)
- Superviser les activités éventuellement externalisées
- Participer au déploiement de nouveaux outils et applications finance
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des contrôles internes
- Diplômé(e) en finance / comptabilité ou équivalent, avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Solide expérience en environnement industriel ou international
- Maîtrise des systèmes comptables, SAP est un atout
- Approche hands‑on, structurée et orientée résultats
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et maîtrise d’Excel
- Leadership naturel, esprit d’équipe et aisance relationnelle
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et rythmé
- Français et anglais courants, l’espagnol ou l’italien est un plus

- Oversee general ledger, AR, AP and revenue recognition activities
- Prepare complex monthly journal entries and ensure accurate financial statements
- Manage month‑end close and Group reporting (IFRS, headcount, orders, product mix)
- Reconcile margins between SAP financials and COPA reports
- Prepare IFRS adjustments and reporting packages for Group Finance
- Manage statutory accounts and local reporting requirements
- Act as the key contact for external auditors
- Oversee tax filings and VAT returns
- Continuously improve financial processes and internal controls
- Contribute to budget and forecast preparation
- Analyze variances and provide actionable financial insights
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams
- Lead and develop local finance teams across Southern Europe
- Oversee outsourced finance activities where applicable
- Support the rollout of new finance tools and applications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
- Qualified accountant or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Background in an industrial and/or international environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems; SAP experience is a plus
- Hands‑on, structured and results‑driven mindset
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment
- Fluent in English and French; Spanish or Italian is an advantage

Skills Required
- Diploma in finance/accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid experience in an industrial or international environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems
- Fluent in French and English
