Is responsible for all non-transactional-service delivery work within the SBS department MX location. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to transition programs, change management, process improvement, SBS strategy, and budget. The SBS Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Sr. Director - SBS Operations and works closely with the various SBS Service Delivery teams to provide direction on delivery and management of service specific to the Polanco location. The SBS Ops Supervisor assists with all Polanco transitions, the demand pipeline, capacity and service placement plans, and all other related projects and duties of the SBS organization. This individual also is responsible for monitoring progress on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the transition program to ensure a smooth, streamlined handoff between teams.
The SBS Operations Supervisor is empowered to drive change through influence, relationships, communications, and execution. This individual assists the SBS Transition team to develop standardized, streamlined, harmonized, and optimized processes with a focus on automation, scalability, and controls. In addition, this position supports SBS leadership to create a culture of continuous improvement, making it easier for people to work efficiently.
- Prepare facility budget, process facility maintenance charges, and monitor charges throughout the year. This includes submitting maintenance requests to the Accounts Receivables team for SBS services, IT services and the allocation charges related to the facility. Establish improved service billing model to more effectively allocate charges to applicable teams.
- Build and manage processes, business requirements, documentation, playbook, SOPs, and repository for the region. Manage and enhance SBS processes carried within the service catalog, including but not limited to evaluation of current services, knowledge of region systems, taxonomies, tools, business process master list, and governance of the repository.
- Execute the transition program in region with a focus on standardization, harmonization, streamlining, optimization, and control analysis of processes. Work closely with the various SBS Service Delivery teams to propose, design, and deploy process improvement activities and tools.
- Work with SBS leadership to build the foundation and foster the expansion of the group as it progresses through maturity. Execute the transitions program in region to ensure smooth handoffs amongst teams.
- Oversee the SBS portion of acquisitions and divestitures for the region.
- Develop programs to build skills and expertise in operational excellence, including evaluating and initiating training programs, that bring a consistent way of working across the team, ensuring collaboration to improve performance by removing waste and reducing process variations and risk
Qualifications
- FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED)

- MBA and/or CPA
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ years of demonstrated Finance leadership experience with a focus on aligned process area and business partnership
- 2+ years with people management experience preferred
- Must have superior written and verbal communication skills and be able to influence the thinking and direction of senior stakeholders to drive through transition and transformation roadblocks.
