Job Description

We are looking for a customer obsessed, results oriented Finance manager (IC Manger) to join our Sales Finance team focused on consolidating sales storylines. This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, communication and influencing skills to support deliverables. The candidate will work closely with teams across finance, accounting, and operations to provide transparency into sales results and improve our planning processes. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

A day in the life:

  • Analyze sales results for total company identifying trends to provide insights into risks and opportunities.
  • Track and communicate performance through reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure transparency and accountability including month end close, forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning.
  • Support the sales planning process through consolidation at a total company level and collaborate with finance business partners to establish storylines through a connected forecast process.
  • Assume the role of key contributor to operational planning processes through partnerships with merchandising, supply chain and enterprise planning.
  • Facilitate report automation and data standardization to enhance capabilities within the sales finance team enabling more real-time actionable insights.
  • Embrace continuous change and act as a forward thinker when it comes to ensuring consistency and increasing productivity in the financial planning and forecast processes.
  • Effectively prioritize competing business needs, seek out comprehensive understanding of business topics and interdependencies, build trust with partners through reliable work.
  • Contribute directly to the career development of a rotational financial analyst.

You own this if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree (finance or economics preferred)
  • 5+ plus years of experience in finance, business analysis, financial modeling, and budgeting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience up-leveling complex analysis to Executive and Board level presentations
  • Team player with a positive attitude and proven ability to develop effective and influential business relationships at all levels of the organization 
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Anaplan
  • Superior MS Excel abilities, including the ability to use formulas, functions & pivot tables
  • Experience with corporate metrics, analytical methods and data hierarchies

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $80,000 - $155,000 AnnuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
