We are looking for a Finance Manager FP&A, for our Resins, Filtration, Media (RFM) Operating company. In this role you will directly support analytics, forecasting and reporting to Finance leaders and CFO.

As a member of the FP&A team, you will play a critical role in shaping our commercial performance narrative, driving behavioral change through insights and setting a high standard for financial excellence. You are expected to bring strong commercial acumen, challenge the status quo and embrace modern digital finance capabilities.

What you will do:

  • Lead consolidation and performance analytics – provide forward-looking insights, highlight risk and & opportunities and act as a challenging and influential counterpart to the finance leadership

  • Drive the monthly forecasting and annual budget process across multiple regions, business units and stakeholder groups, ensuring pace, clarity and accountability

  • Lead the monthly close and performance pacing process, ensuring timely, accurate and commercially relevant outcomes

  • Analyze key performance metrics, and deliver clear, actionable insights that support decision-making

  • Drive strategic and operational improvement initiatives that raise the standard of performance within the broader finance organization

  • Serve as RFM FP&A lead for initiatives such as Kaizen, SOX, and IT-Finance enhancements and reporting transformation efforts

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and several years of finance experience in FP&A, and/or business partnering, including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading performance reviews.

  • Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions, influence decision-making and act as an independent critical thinker

  • Proven experience driving cross-functional projects or process improvements within Finance. You learn quickly, simplify complexity, and set a strong pace for execution.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into insights that shape actions and behaviors 

  • Demonstrated competencies including problem solving, critical thinking and leadership skills with the ability to build partnership and influence decision making.

  • Advanced PC skills and proficiency with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Qlik or other BI tools). Strong Excel expertise for data aggregation and analytics.
