We are looking for an exceptional Finance Manager, Operations to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping scale Revenue, AR, AP, Expenses, and Margins through analysis, projects, and collaboration . The ideal candidate will be hard working, have an attention to detail, and can communicate well.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Revenue analysis on AR, collections, bad debt, freight revenue, etc
- Build and maintain key metrics and dashboards for weekly reporting to management
- Run ad-hoc projects such as audits, system changes, and cross department initiatives
- Analyze employee travel, expense, and credit card data to provide insights into our spend
- Own our AWS Software Costs reporting and analysis
- Help analyze customer credit and payment data to establish policies and limit our risk
- Identify areas of cost savings and execute a plan to save money
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the finance team
- Be an overall team player and willing to get into the details on any area that needs help
Requirements
- BA/BBA/BS Degree from 4 year university
- 5+ Years experience in Finance or Accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to focus, complete tasks accurately, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Annual Pay Range
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
Estimated Annual Pay Range
$130,000—$160,000 USD
