As a Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in building the finance operation and delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and aftermarket options.
- Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing.
- Present F&I products professionally and transparently while maximizing product penetration and profitability.
- Ensure all finance transactions and documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Partner closely with the Sales Team to create a smooth transition from the showroom to the finance office.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the finance process.
- Monitor finance performance, gross profit, product penetration, and lender performance.
- Help establish efficient F&I processes and best practices for the new dealership.
- Support the Sales and General Management teams in achieving dealership goals.
- Lead every transaction with integrity and represent The Hanania Way.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager.
- CDJR/Stellantis experience strongly preferred.
- Strong track record of finance production, product penetration, and profitability.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of state and federal finance regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly with customers and lender partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with dealership management systems and F&I technology.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to help build a new operation from the ground up.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
