What you will do:

The Corporate Finance Manager – IT & Cybersecurity holds a pivotal position within the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis organization, serving as business to VP-Chief Information Officer and VP – Cybersecurity & Infrastructure and their direct reports.  As such, the manager must exhibit solid leadership, financial acumen and communication skills to engage effectively with peers and senior leaders.  You will be entrusted with delivering critical analytical insights and business decision support across the IT & Cybersecurity functions, working in close collaboration with functional leaders to address ad hoc enterprise-wide requests.

 

Key responsibilities encompass comprehensive financial analysis and reporting on IT & Cybersecurity operations, with a strong emphasis on identifying opportunities and devising solutions to preempt potential challenges. A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging technology to develop sustainable tools and processes that enhance financial analysis capabilities and problem-solving efficiency. This, in turn, supports our commitment to innovation and the pursuit of a world-class lean enterprise.

 

In this role you will: 

  • Develop, manage & oversee financial forecasts, risks & opportunities, annual operating plan (AOP) and long-term strategic plans (LRP) for IT & Cybersecurity functions to drive financial performance
  • Prepare and deliver monthly executive reporting and analysis for executive leadership including VP-CIO & VP-Cybersecurity & Infrastructure
  • Develop tools for early identification of financial problems, including development of financial dashboards to visualize financial results and trends, and make recommendations for resolution of problems
  • Identify and support the implementation of business process improvements
  • Identify and implement leading practice to drive standardization & automation
  • Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis to provide business insights to executive leadership, up to & including CFO
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objective
  • Perform frequent and complex ad hoc assignments supporting executive leadership and their staff
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

What you will bring:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related field required
  • 7+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
  • Experience with financial reporting cycles, such as forecasts and budgets (AOP)
  • Experience partnering with Senior Leadership
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, ERP / Consolidation Applications (e.g. OneStream, Oracle, etc.) and Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, OBI, other dashboarding tools)

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$123,721.66 - $173,004.99
