- Estimated annual base pay: $092,000 (minimum) - $115,000 (midpoint) - $138,000 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Finance Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position reports to another leader within the finance organization and is responsible for designated finance activities. Designated finance activities may include, but are not limited to, various areas of financial accounting and reporting and financial planning and analysis for a particular portion of a group or global support service organization. This position also works across business groups in various areas.
What You Will Be Doing
- Works independently or leads one or more other finance professionals to achieve the objectives of assigned responsibilities, driving a lean/continuous improvement climate
- May be responsible for recruiting, retaining, coaching and developing team members
- Effectively manages department resources through organizing and prioritizing work assignments. May be involved in directing the work of others
- Acts as a financial consultant to non-finance leaders and members in the organization
- May participate in preparing and interpreting analysis that leads to the setting of strategic objectives and implementation plans
- May lead and be responsible for the annual budget process and periodic financial forecasts and projections, including a rolling forecast, as required, for areas covered under a particular scope
What We Are Looking For
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and various financial analysis tools, such as discounted cash flows, activity-based management, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills conducive to fostering a lean/continuous improvement environment
- Effectively makes recommendations and influences decision making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required
- Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) preferred
- 5-7 years accounting and financial experience
- CPA a plus
