Finance Manager, FP&A - People ZBB at a Glance....
The Finance Manager, FP&A - People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) is responsible for the global people budget of approximately $ 1.7B. This is a key role to drive and support company's grow efforts. The position will work across the Finance and HR organizations of more than 40 countries to manage and provide visibility into financial results and identify and deliver upon organization efficiency opportunities.
What's on the menu?
- Use Zero-Based Budgeting cost management model for control and analysis of headcount and People related expenses
- Responsible for running weekly and monthly ritual and routines of ZBB: budgeting, forecasting, reporting and track and monitoring People ZBB results
- Manage and own the People budget process (includes salary, bonus and benefits) for employees across all Zones
- Responsible for identifying efficiency opportunities through organization planning and analysis
- Drive priorities and changes by guiding, training and empowering Zones to make the right cost decisions for their organizations
- Lead processes and data standardization initiatives worldwide
- Ad-hoc analysis to explore areas of opportunities to drive efficiency
- Be a strong business partner to drive profitable results

- Bachelor's degree and min of 2-5 years of Finance/Accounting experience, MBA preferred
- Ability to work well and influence across functional teams
- Strong knowledge of Excel - modeling experience preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence and SAP preferred
- Willing to go above and beyond to drive results
- Quick learner and works well under pressure
- Out of the box thinking
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to present effectively
- Ability to work proactively with limited direct supervision

New Hire Base Salary Range:
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
