Role Purpose:
We are looking for a highly technical and business-oriented FP&A Leader to join our Eurasia Finance team. This role will act as a key partner to the FP&A Director, with ownership of regional consolidation, reporting, and planning processes across a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a high-impact role combining financial leadership, hands-on analytics, and strategic decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional financial consolidation and deliver accurate, timely reporting to support business and global finance requirements
Lead forecasting, AOP, and long-range planning processes across the region
Provide clear financial insights, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to support decision-making
Partner closely with regional leadership, sales, and operations to drive performance and accountability
Drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency across FP&A processes and reporting units
Support the transition of reporting activities to shared service hubs and enhance reporting through automation and tools
What We’re Looking For:
Strong technical FP&A and consolidation experience in a complex, multi-entity environment
Hands-on analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proven experience in forecasting, planning, and performance management
Strong business partnering skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., OneStream, Power BI, or similar)
Ability to drive process improvement and operate in a fast-paced, international environment

- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
