Finance Manager - FP&A

Finance Manager - FP&A

​We will count on you to:

• Responsible for building out and managing a team dedicated to providing consistent and exemplary service to the Marsh FP&A team predominantly in Pacific region.
• Take ownership for repetitive tasks currently dispersed across the FP&A organization, putting in place the right discipline for time execution and delivery in accordance with deadlines 
• Drive standardization of processes and reporting, including automation and enhancing the quality of information to stakeholders 
• Build and leverage a strong commercial understanding of the business, its drivers of performance, risks and opportunities;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to form projections of business performance across key financial metrics including Fund cash flows, AUM balances, revenue basis point profiles, other product fees and vendor costs;
• Provide technical support to the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes;
• Manage and grow the team with a vision to become best in class 

​What you need to have:       

• ​Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably an experience of Management Accounting or FP&A
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage, manage and influence team members and senior stakeholders
• Strong financial and business acumen and project management with exceptional analytical skill
