We are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance, FP&A who will play a critical role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and operational reporting across the company. This is a highly strategic yet hands on role, and you should be excited to build models, analyze data, prepare reporting packages, and support decision-making across multiple teams.

You’ll report to our CFO and work closely with the Senior Finance team, Commercial, Product, and Operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, strong in Excel/Google Sheets, and eager to take ownership of recurring financial processes as well as ad hoc projects.

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasts

• Maintain and update financial models—including revenue, expenses, and headcount

• Prepare monthly FP&A reporting: budget vs. actual analysis, KPIs, and commentary

• Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions

• Assist Finance leadership in developing long-range financial plans

• Partner with Commercial team on pipeline reporting, bookings tracking, and revenue forecasting

• Collaborate with Product and R&D on project costs, resource planning, and budget management

• Provide analyses and insights to help teams make data-informed operational decisions

• Translate financial data into clear summaries for non-finance audiences
  

• Support month-end close by reviewing accruals, reconciling budgets, and validating expense trends

• Maintain cash flow trackers, spending analyses, and other financial health indicators

• Help prepare materials for executive reviews, investor updates, and board presentations

• Develop KPI dashboards and improve reporting templates for efficiency and clarity
  

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives that drive business growth and scalability

• Improve and maintain forecasting templates and modeling frameworks

• Support the rollout of new financial tools, processes, or analytics improvements

• Build documentation for recurring finance processes

• 7-10 years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related financial analysis experience

• Strong modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

• Experience in high-growth tech, AI, biotech, healthcare, SaaS, or other analytical industries

• Demonstrated ability to manage recurring FP&A processes and deliver on deadlines

• Comfort working in environments with evolving processes and limited infrastructure
  

• Strong spreadsheet modeling (scenario modeling, dashboards, dynamic formulas)

• Familiarity with CRM or pipeline data (Salesforce experience is a plus)

• Understanding of core financial metrics—revenue, gross margin, opex categories, cash flow

• Experience with BI or analytics tools (Looker, PowerBI, SQL) is a plus but not required
  

• Strategic and hands-on, comfortable working independently

• Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor

• Clear and concise communicator

• Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges

• Demonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally

• You are proactive, great at communicating with different audiences and can bring stakeholders on-board

• Experience working in a tech startup

• Experience working in biopharma or life sciences industry
