The Opportunity:
The Finance Manager will work with the Finance & Accounting teams, executives, and other key functions to deliver business-critical financial insights to key decision-makers. As the Finance Manager, your responsibilities would include financial analysis, reporting, budgeting/planning, and supporting special projects.
What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing board & executive level reporting of financial results & key performance indicators (KPIs), constantly improving quality & efficiency
- Serving as an effective business partner to functions and drive operational efficiencies
- Contributing with monthly accounting close & reporting process
- Performing ad hoc financial analysis regarding company profitability, expense analysis, cashflows, headcount, and other key financial metrics
- Collaborating with key functions to develop & manage against budgets & KPI targets
- Managing financial analyst direct report
- Presenting analysis to executives & company leadership to support key decisions
Your Background and Expertise:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college in accounting or finance preferred, MBA a plus
- Minimum 6 year experience in finance and business operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, numerical and interpersonal skills required. We are looking for a team player that can adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
- SaaS or Software industry experience preferred
- Expert-level MS Excel skills critical; knowledge of Zuora, Netsuite, SQL, Power BI, a plus
