Job Summary

K3 are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our K3 Products business unit, located in Bristol UK, with some travel to the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day finance operation for the K3 Fashion business unit, with support from a finance administrator. The role holder will need a good level of technical accounting knowledge and good understanding of management account reporting.

Production of monthly management reporting

Prepare commentary with comparison to budget and forecast

Completion of monthly cash flow forecasting

Ensure detailed balance sheet reconciliations are performed

Control sales order processing

Supervise customer contract database maintenance

Reinforce best practice purchase ledger processing

Processing of payroll journals and payments, including taxes

• Ensuring Inter Company Transactions are correct and reconciled
• Prepare VAT submissions and payments for UK and Netherlands
• Prepare production of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting for the business unit
• Working with Microsoft to understand incentives and manage product licensing
• Business partnering with Fashion departments to support where needed, this will involve 1 trip to Netherlands every other month for 2/3 days
• Line management of finance administrator

• Continuous process improvement
• Key liaison for annual audit
• Work with Finance Director and Management Team to provide operational financial support, reporting and guidance where required
• Implement structured credit control processes and support escalations within the team

Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Qualified accountant or qualified by experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good level of technical accounting knowledge
• Confident and results driven
• Comfortable challenging and analyzing financial data
• 3 days working from our new Bristol office / Netherlands office, 2 days working from home (or in the office if preferred)
