Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Zamp's long-term business objectives and market positioning.
• Lead the FP&A function, driving budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business growth.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess performance, evaluate new business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee partnerships and contracts, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow management across global operations.
• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities to support Zamp’s strategic growth.
• Assess and optimize Zamp's corporate structure for operational efficiency and compliance across international markets.
• Evaluate tax implications and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications & Skill Set Required :

• 5–8 years of experience in a Business finance Management role, preferably in a high-growth or fintech environment.
• Strong experience in FP&A, partnerships, contracts (AP, AR), product analytics, and entity operations.
• Strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive innovative financial solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
