Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
- Analyze customers’ financial information to recommend appropriate loan and lease programs.
- Negotiate financing terms with customers and lenders to facilitate vehicle purchases.
- Work closely with sales staff to ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations regarding automotive financing.
- Manage the finance desk operations, including documentation and reporting.
- Coach and train sales and finance staff on financing products and processes.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an auto dealership or related field.
- Strong knowledge of auto loan and lease products as well as finance and insurance regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional finance-related certification is a plus.

- Competitive salary range of $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
