• Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and aftermarket options.
• Build trust with customers by presenting products clearly, professionally, and transparently.
• Secure competitive financing and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Maximize finance and product performance while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements.
• Accurately complete and process all finance documentation.
• Partner with the Sales Team to create a seamless luxury buying experience.
• Monitor finance performance, product penetration, and profitability.
• Represent The Hanania Way through integrity, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.

• Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience is required.
• Luxury, European, Audi, or premium automotive experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving finance and product sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of dealership finance systems and technology.
• Professional presence and a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
