In the role of Revenue Manager, you will lead strategic customer revenue operations encompassing closures, renewals, collections, and contract structuring for enterprise accounts. Collaborating closely with leadership and senior customer stakeholders, you will ensure robust revenue continuity, maintain commercial governance, and foster long-term customer partnerships within a dynamic SaaS environment.

  • Drive customer closures, renewals, collections, and ensure commercial continuity for strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, sales, legal, and customer success teams to optimize revenue operations and minimize revenue leakage.
  • Lead critical discussions with senior customer stakeholders regarding commercial terms, payment conditions, escalations, and renewals.
  • Support contract structuring and commercial negotiations that align with our business and financial goals.
  • Enhance collections governance and work closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) function to boost operational efficiency and maintain customer continuity.

This position is based in Bangalore. We operate from the office five days a week, as we believe face-to-face interactions foster innovation and agility.
