Scope of Position
Responsible for Accounting and Consolidation (excluding controlling) of AHM/ AHSC/AMCS
Leading the accounting team (6 person) in charge of AP/AR, internal control and expenses claims
Key Responsibilities
Responsible to ensure the Accounts are closed in accordance to the timeframe set by HQ and in quality manner.
Responsible for submitting all the reports in accordance to the timeframe set by HQ and in quality manner.
Monitoring and ensuring the operating expenses of AHSC are within the approved OP budget.
Capex, AR/AP, claim expenses management
Responsible for working with the GM of AHSC and Head of Finance for the AHSC’s FC and OP preparation.
Responsible for working with the Head of Finance for the FC and OP (Balance Sheet items) preparation.
Responsible for the treasury and cash forecast with a specific follow up of Customers overdues
Responsible for the finance annual statutory audit (KPMG) and Headquarter audits.
Responsible for working with company tax agents for the corporate taxes declaration and filing.
Ensure internal control process are in place and followed by the team
Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.

Professional Degree in Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, UK
Minimum experience
6 years

Skills Required
- Professional Degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK)
- Minimum 6 years' relevant accounting experience
- Experience in accounting and consolidation (excluding controlling)
- Experience managing AP/AR, internal control, and expense claims
- Experience with capex management, treasury, and cash forecasting
- Experience coordinating statutory audits and headquarter audits (e.g., working with auditors such as KPMG)
- Experience working with tax agents for corporate tax declaration and filing
- Demonstrated integrity and awareness of compliance risks
- Leadership experience managing an accounting team
