Role Overview: You are the financial backbone of our builds. The Finance & Ledger Architect goes beyond traditional bookkeeping to manage project budgets strategically, vendor relations, and cash flow. You ensure that our ambitious projects are matched by air-tight financial planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounts payable and receivable, ensuring subcontractors and vendors are paid accurately and on time.
Track project-by-project budgets, comparing actual costs against estimates to identify financial leaks or savings.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledgers.
Ensure all financial operations comply with local tax laws, construction regulations, and audit requirements.
Generate monthly financial dashboards for the leadership team to guide business decisions.
Requirements
The Ideal Blueprint (Qualifications):
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a massive plus).
3+ years of financial experience specifically within the construction, real estate development, or civil engineering sectors.
High fluency in modern construction management and accounting software.
