Essential Responsibilities:
- Own internship and FMP recruiting operations, including candidate experience, interview coordination, partnership with recruiters and Early Career teams, and overall program readiness
- Coordinate prescreening and interview processes for Finance Interns, and Global FMP, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and evaluation tools
- Lead HR and Workday operations to enable seamless program delivery, participant processing, and compliance
- Manage end-to-end onboarding experience for program members, including systems access, readiness activities, Day 1 support, Bootcamp coordination, and intern onboarding logistics
- Coordinate rotation matching logistics, including stakeholder inputs, participant preferences, and placement process administration
- Support execution of external partner trainings and internal trainings, including coordination with partners such as Mind the Gapp, BTS, and other learning providers
- Manage core program administration, including budget tracking, travel and living process support, communications cadence, and general program operations
- Support compensation planning and related processes in alignment with program and HR strategy
- Coordinate participant lifecycle activities, including welcome sessions, buddy planning, roundtables, networking events, alumni outreach and offboarding logistics
- Track and report program KPIs to support decision-making, visibility, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate GEV EC COE training and other program lifecycle support activities to be accretive to FMP engagement and development.
- Drive continuous improvement of program processes, tools, and operational workflows to improve program efficiency and participant experience
- Provide on-site operational support for key program moments, including Day 1, Bootcamp, intern programming, and other high-impact events
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Relevant experience in program operations, HR operations, recruiting coordination, talent programs, leadership programs, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, recruiters, business stakeholders, and program participants
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience with HR systems and/or Workday preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $92,900.00 and $154,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
