About the Role
We’re hiring our first dedicated finance leader—a foundational role that will shape how we operate, make decisions, and scale. You’ll build the financial backbone of the company and help drive strategy at every level.
You’ll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to own financial planning, fundraising readiness, and company-wide decision making. From modeling and resource allocation to defining the metrics that matter, you’ll turn ambiguity into clarity and help guide the business through its next stage of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable building from scratch, thinking strategically, and operating hands-on across the business.
What You’ll Do
Own financial planning & modeling: Runway, cash burn, hiring forecasts, scenario planning, and dynamic models that guide company strategy and resource allocation.
Drive product + revenue strategy: Model new products, pricing, and GTM initiatives into financial outcomes while flagging risks and opportunities.
Lead fundraising & board finance: Prep Series B models, metrics, and materials. Craft investor narratives and standardize core SaaS KPIs like ARR, CAC, LTV.
Build revenue infrastructure: Partner with sales/ops to scale quote-to-cash, improve billing/collections, and ensure financial accuracy across the revenue lifecycle.
Ensure accounting & reporting integrity: Own financial reporting and close processes with Graphite, implement scalable controls, and maintain compliance.
Deliver decision support: Build dashboards, provide actionable insights, and be the company-wide source for “what does this mean financially?
