Receiving, verification and analysis of internal and external reports for reconciliation.
Perform reconciliation and roll-forward analysis of partner accounts/wallets.
Monitor and track discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely resolution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving reconciliation discrepancies. Facilitate communication with business managers and partner in resolving any matters with regards to reconciliation.
Prepares month end reports and schedules.
Ensure that all product reconciliation activities comply with internal policies and procedures.
Continuously assess and enhance the reconciliation process to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
Additional adhoc tasks as may be needed by the business.
