FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

As Source Junior Manager, you will support financial processes such as transfer pricing, month-end closures, and variance analysis. You’ll deliver insights to Finance Business Partners, drive process improvements, support audits, and collaborate with key stakeholders across Procurement, Controlling, and Supply Chain. You’ll also coordinate team activities and manage relationships with service delivery teams.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Participation in transfer price updates activities.

  • Participation in month end closure processes and variance analysis.

  • Performing deep and thorough analysis to provide relevant insights for financial results and supporting Finance Business Partners in area of forecasting, delivering savings and performance management.

  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports

  • Maintaining and continuously improving or simplifying the finance processes within the team and ensuring that they are up to date and robust.

  • Supporting internal and external audit.

  • Cooperating with multiple stakeholders like Procurement Finance, UEBV Controlling team, Supply Chain Finance.

  • Managing the relationship with other service delivery teams (internal and external) who perform standardized operational processes.

  • Coordinating the agenda for the team including team leader activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance (minimum Bachelor)

  • Minimum of 4 years of finance working experience preferably in finance business partnering

Skills

  • Financial Accounting and Reporting knowledge.

  • Insightful Analytics.

  • Analytical thinking, problem solving attitude.

  • Forward looking approach and ability to provide “what if” analysis.

  • Proactive and risk mitigation mindset.

  • Good MS Excel Skills. Power BI/ Power Query would be an advantage.

  • Effective Communication: Fluent in English, oral and written.

  • Motivation to build up own agenda.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of a team.

  • Ability to evaluate efficiency and profitability of proposed solutions and ideas.

  • Agility and ability to adjust quickly to the changes.
